MISUMI HBKUS5 Ultra-Thick 90° Bracket with Tabs — 5 Series, for 2020 Extrusion

Details

The heavy corner bracket from MISUMI's 5 series: 51 × 51 mm legs, a 9 mm thick base, a stiffening rib and two Ø5.5 mm holes for M5 screws. Tabs on the underside drop into the 6 mm slot, so the bracket can't twist while you tighten it and the corner stays square (MISUMI specifies perpendicularity within 0.06). Allowable load is 833 N.

It fits MISUMI HFS5 and any other 20 mm series profile with a 6 mm slot, including 2020, 2040 and 4040. Use it where a blind joint alone isn't enough: stiffening a printer frame corner, mounting a spool holder or an external part to the frame, or building a stand or enclosure out of extrusion.

• Screws and T-nuts are not included. Per bracket you need 2× M5×14 socket head screws and 2× M5 T-nuts for a 6 mm slot (MISUMI CBM5-14 and HNTT5-5)
