Trinity Toolhead Hardware Kit — Screws, Heatsets and PTFE Tube (Pre-Order)

Pre-order: a few of the screw sizes are on their way to me. Order now and I ship as soon as everything is in.

Every screw, nut, heatset insert and the PTFE tube for a Trinity toolhead, in A2 stainless. Trinity is the compact unibody toolhead for MGN12 rails on a Monolith gantry: the hotend and fans sit under the X axis, so it takes up very little room in Y. Packed from the official BOM in the Trinity repository (version 1.6), with a spare of the small parts that are easy to lose. The BOM is the same for the 6 mm and the 9/10 mm belt version of the body, so this kit fits both.

Screws

• 6× M3x35 socket head (DIN 912) — part cooling fans (the BOM allows socket heads in place of the two button heads)
• 4× M3x25 socket head — rail mount
• 1× M3x30 button head (ISO 7380) — K-face
• 2× M3x16 button head — extruder mount
• 5× M2.5x8 socket head — hotend mount, one spare
• 2× M2.5x14 socket head — hotend fan

Nuts and washers

• 3× M3 square nut (DIN 557), one spare

The rest

• 8× M3 heatset insert, Voron spec 5 × 4 mm
• 2× M2.5 heatset insert — hotend fan
• 1× PTFE tube, 4 × 2 mm, cut to 71 mm — the micro bowden

Trinity is designed by WV-design, with Prooda as co-designer (github.com/WV-design/Trinity-toolhead), and published under GPL-3.0.

Not included: fans, hotend, extruder, belt clamp, printed parts and belt clips, rail, belts and toolhead board. The fans and the belt clamp can be added right here.

• Screws, square nuts, heatsets and PTFE tube: this kit
• 2× 3628 part cooling fan, Delta FFB03612VN-00 12 V: Delta 3628 Axial Fan (pre-order). Tick it above and it's set to two. The BOM's alternative fan, a little less powerful than the recommended FFB03612EHNYCL. 12 V, so on a 24 V printer you need a step-down or a 12 V fan output
• 2510 hotend fan, Delta ASB02505SHA-AY6B 5 V: Delta 2510 Hotend Fan
• Monolith belt clamp: Monolith SLM Belt Clamp

Still to source elsewhere: the hotend (the BOM recommends a Dragon Ace Volcano), the extruder (Sherpa Mini) and the printed parts.
