NSK F695ZZ flanged ball bearing, 5 mm bore, 13 mm outer diameter, 4 mm wide, with metal shields on both sides. This is the bearing Voron and Monolith gantries use for smooth belt idlers: two F695s back to back on a 5 mm shaft, flanges outward, and the flanges keep the belt from walking off.
