Orders & Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Shipping is free on orders over €50 within the Netherlands, and over €75 for the rest of the world. Below these amounts a small flat rate is calculated at checkout. See our shipping & delivery page for details.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to all countries worldwide. Orders are dispatched from the Netherlands.
How long does delivery take?
Netherlands: 1–2 business days. Europe: 3–7 business days. Rest of the world: 7–21 business days depending on the destination.
Are duties and import taxes included for US orders?
Yes. Duties and import taxes are included in the price for orders shipped to the United States — there are no surprise charges at the door.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a return or replacement.
Products
What material are your products made from?
All products are 3D printed in high-quality PLA (polylactic acid). PLA is durable, lightweight, and holds its shape well under normal indoor conditions.
Are these official Honeycomb, WinWing or MOZA products?
No. Our accessories are independently designed and manufactured by Pjotr3DShop. They are not affiliated with or endorsed by Honeycomb Aeronautical, WinWing or MOZA.
Are the products printed to order?
Yes. Every product is printed fresh when you order. Slight surface variation between prints is normal — each piece is made individually.
Can I choose a custom colour?
Many products are available in multiple colours. If you would like a colour that isn't listed, send us a message before ordering and we will see what we can arrange.
Do you offer custom or personalised products?
Yes! Several products support personalisation — for example the WinWing dust cover with your callsign, or the Precom P2 pager holder with your unit name.
Custom 3D Printing Service
Do you offer a custom 3D printing service?
Yes. Send us your STL or STEP file through our custom 3D printing service and we'll quote your part — ideal for prototypes, replacement parts and one-off designs. Based in Zutphen, we print and ship across the Netherlands and Europe.
Compatibility
Will the Honeycomb under-desk mount fit my setup?
We offer versions for the Honeycomb Alpha, Bravo, Alpha Light, Alpha XPC, Bravo Light and Sierra TPM module. Check the individual product page for exact compatibility details.
What tools do I need to install the Honeycomb under-desk mount?
Just a hex (Allen) key to swap the six screws on your Alpha or Bravo. No drilling required — the mount uses your existing Honeycomb clamps and is fully reversible.
Which MOZA wheels are compatible with your steering wheel wall mount?
Our MOZA steering wheel wall mount fits the KS, ES, FSR, CS, GS and RS models.

How long until my order ships?
Everything is printed to order. Most items ship within 2–4 working days — you'll get a tracking link as soon as it's on its way.
Can you print my own file?
Yes! Upload your STL, 3MF or OBJ for an instant quote and I'll print it fresh on my own machines.
What materials do you use?
PLA, PETG and ABS in a range of colours. Not sure what suits your part? Just ask.
Do you ship worldwide?
I do — tracked, from the Netherlands. Free shipping over €50 in NL and €75 worldwide.
