The single-piece belt clamp for the Monolith gantry's X MGN12H carriage, SLM-printed in aluminium at 100% infill and glass-bead blasted. Stiffer and more heat-proof than a printed clamp, and it doesn't creep under belt tension.

  • One-piece, light and compact
  • Keeps at least 6 teeth engaged, as Gates recommends
  • The loaded belt section runs dead straight, no bend-radius violation
  • Fits the standard X travels: 250, 300 and 350 mm
  • Takes belts up to 12 mm wide
  • Clips on without screws until the toolhead goes on; two partly tightened screws let you pull out all the slack before tensioning

About SLM parts: holes are not tapped or reamed, and small cosmetic marks are normal; function is not affected.

Open-source design from the Monolith gantry project. Belt and screws not included.
