TreeD's "DimensionMaster": a PC-PBT blend reinforced with high-quality glass fibre, made in Italy. The fibres are evenly mixed through the polymer, so parts come out stiff, dimensionally stable and with very little warping. A good pick for functional printer parts, brackets and anything that sits near heat, like Voron parts inside a heated chamber.

Pre-order: first stock arrives this week and ships from the Netherlands as soon as it's in.

Why PC-PBT GF

• Stiff: tensile modulus 8500 MPa, flexural modulus 7750 MPa
• Heat resistant to around 150 °C (ISO 306/B120)
• Low warpage and low water absorption (0.15 %)
• Good chemical and impact resistance (notched Izod 10 kJ/m²)

Print settings

• Nozzle: 250–270 °C, minimum 0.4 mm. Glass fibre is abrasive, so use a hardened or wear-resistant nozzle.
• Bed: 90 °C
• Part cooling fan: off
• Speed: 30–60 mm/s
• Drying: 85 °C for 2 hours before printing
• Don't leave filament parked in a hot nozzle for more than 20 minutes.
