Details

The extrusions and hinges for DoomCube's framed front doors, in the BOM's pre-drilled version: two uprights with the blind-joint access holes machined by MISUMI, two rails tapped M5 both ends, plus two MISUMI HHPBSN5 black hinge sets. The frame goes together with four screws and no drilling. Pick your size and I order the set for you.

Black anodised extrusion. Door panels, corner brackets and the four blind-joint screws are not included; the panel DXFs are in the DoomCube-2 repository. Only need hinges? They are sold on their own as the MISUMI HHPBSN5 Door Hinge Set.

Lead time and shipping

MISUMI cuts and machines each set to order, so count on about two weeks before it ships from the Netherlands, longer than my printed parts. I'll mail you when it is on its way.

The set weighs a little over a kilo and ships as a PostNL parcel charged by weight at checkout; the free-shipping rule for my printed parts does not cover extrusion.

Shipping & delivery

I don't keep this on the shelf: it's ordered from the manufacturer when you buy, so allow about a week before it ships. Then it goes out tracked from the Netherlands. Extrusion ships at a weight-based rate shown at checkout and is not included in free shipping.
