E3D's hardest Revo nozzle: a tool-steel tip with the E3DLC coating on a copper-alloy body. It shrugs off the carbon- and glass-filled filament that eats brass, and because the body conducts heat like brass you keep your existing slicer profiles. The coating is non-stick too, so less plastic builds up on the nozzle.
Sizes 0.25, 0.4, 0.6 and 0.8 mm. Nozzle and heatbreak in one factory-assembled part, swapped cold by hand. Skip the 0.25 mm for fibre-filled filament: the fibres are often larger than the hole.
Fits
Every Revo coldside. 1.75 mm filament, 300 °C max. Not compatible with V6-style heater blocks. Filaments with very aggressive fillers (Polymaker Fiberon PA-CF and PA-GF and the like) wear even ObXidian over time; for those, look at High Temp Abrasive or DiamondBack.
