E3D Revo PZ Probe Voron Coldside — Nozzle-Touch Bed Levelling for Stealthburner

A Revo Voron heatsink with a piezo element built in, so the nozzle itself becomes the bed probe. No inductive sensor bolted to the side, no separate probe to align — same form factor as the Revo Voron coldside you already know, and it drops into a Stealthburner.

The piezo turns the vibration of nozzle touching bed into a signal. You calibrate the Z offset once for the flex in your motion system, and after that you screw in a new nozzle by hand and PZ Probe handles the rest. Probing with the nozzle rather than a sensor nearby also means the mesh is measured where it matters, which shows up in the first layer.

Weight, and why it matters

36 g for the heatsink with the piezo integrated — under 40 g including cables. That is lighter than any Stealthburner toolhead plus separate probe combination, which is exactly what you want on a Voron running high accelerations.

What you need

The only new part to add to an existing Stealthburner is a flat flex cable. Add a Revo hotside and nozzles and you're printing — see the Revo Hotside Kit for the heater and thermistor. Read E3D's technical datasheet before installing; the probe is not meant to be taken apart, and doing so voids the warranty.
