E3D Revo ObXiDian 500 Nozzle — 0.4 to 0.8 mm

E3D's hardest Revo nozzle. ObXiDian 500 is at least five times more wear-resistant than standard ObXidian, and where ObXidian stops at 300 °C this one is rated to 500. Most abrasive filament — carbon fibre, glass fibre, even the UV-reactive glow-in-the-dark stuff that quietly destroys nozzles — simply won't wear it.

The coating has a low surface energy, so plastic doesn't build up on the tip: easier to clean between prints, and fewer crashes and cosmetic defects from a blob that grew where it shouldn't. Thermal performance is good enough that interlayer adhesion improves too.

Fits

Every Revo coldside. 1.75 mm filament. Nozzle and heatbreak in one factory-assembled part — no hot-tightening, no leaks, swapped cold by hand. Not compatible with V6-style heater blocks. Your printer's own maximum still applies: 500 °C is the nozzle's ceiling, not your hotside's.

ObXiDian 500 or ObXidian?
